Shipping Policy

You will receive an email stating that your package has been shipped, including the mail carrier and a tracking number. Shipping should take 3-7 business days. Processing may take 1-3 business days from the time that the order was placed. Free shipping is eligible for purchases of OVER $20 in the US and OVER $40 in Canada. Free shipping is available for orders over $75 to the rest of the world.

Please make sure to include the correct address at checkout to ensure that your order is sent to the correct location.

​Beauty by Abena I, LLC currently does not accept returns. Returns or exchanges will be granted if we are at fault.

Once your package is shipped, it is no longer in the hands of the business. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the mail carrier.
